Well, it is another day but I like what the scale said. I try not to weigh everyday but decided to go for it today and I’m down 3.5 pounds since Monday. It will not be official until next Monday. I feel like a lot of it is water because of ALL THE SWEATING last night. According to Weather.com, it was 92 but felt like 98 when I was walking yesterday. It really felt like 102 to me!
You should notice that there was no ice cream yesterday either!
And on to today:
Day 9:
4:25 – 5:25 am Wii Step (over 6,500 steps)
5:27 am – banana
8:00 am – low fat wrap with 2 sliced cheese and tomato
9:45 am – Benfit bar
11:00 am - low fat wrap, 2 oz turkey, lettuce tomato, carrots and broccoli w/ ranch dressing.
1:30 pm - snack bag of low fat popcorn
3:30 pm - apple w/ 1 1/2 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
7:00 pm - 1 oz taco meat, 1 slice American cheese, 3/4 c black beans, 1/2 c pasta
8:00 pm - 4 squares of peanut butter cookie
8:15 pm - Ice cream Bar
